Archachatina sp. CALABAR

I originally started with two breeding groups consisting of snails imported from Nigeria (imported about 4 years apart). The first one was very productive, all the offspring were albino shell and were able to reach 13cm shell length. The second group produced eggs only rarely and about 30% were wild colored. I kept some snails from the first group and assembled an F1 group to use for further breeding.
